With over 25 years of professional experience, including the past 8 years as a coach, and two decades of living abroad, I bring emotional depth, cultural sensitivity, and spiritual awareness to my work. I blend transformational life coaching, emotional intelligence, and cultural understanding to support authentic leadership, deeper connection, and lasting change. I coach in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, offering sessions online and in person.
