With more than 25 years of professional experience, including the last 8 years as a coach and two decades of living abroad, I bring emotional depth, cultural sensitivity, and spiritual awareness to my work. I combine transformational life coaching, emotional intelligence, and cultural understanding to foster authentic leadership, promote deeper connections, and facilitate lasting change.

I coach in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, offering sessions online and in-person. My clients include leaders in international organizations, expatriates rebuilding their lives, and people seeking to live and lead more consciously.
